Stay grounded when the pressure mounts
Deadlines, changes, responsibilities, and unexpected problems are all part of professional life. Avoiding stress entirely isn't realistic, but learning how to manage it is. When tension builds up, it becomes harder to think clearly, set boundaries, and switch off after work. You keep pushing forward, but notice your concentration, energy, and resilience starting to fade.
What?
The goal isn't to never experience stress again. The goal is to stop letting stress call the shots.
You will gain more control over your energy, find it easier to keep an overview, and recover faster after intense periods. Stress won't disappear from your schedule, but it will have less and less influence on how you experience your day.
Together with your coach, you will work on:
- Recognizing early signs of stress.
- Distinguishing between what you can and cannot influence.
- Setting boundaries and discussing expectations.
- Handling high workloads and unexpected situations more effectively.
- Breaking the cycle of overthinking and mental overload.
- Intentionally building in moments of recovery.
- Responding more calmly and purposefully under pressure.
Deepen your insight
Self-confidence
You second-guess decisions even when they were the right ones. Compliments don't stick, but criticism does. You compare yourself to others, always to your own disadvantage.
Change management
Change is on the horizon, yet nothing is moving. Worse, you feel resistance in your team and sense them checking out while you are trying to move forward.
