I received a clear step-by-step plan and practical tools for handling difficult conversations. As a result, I no longer automatically put off negative feedback, but instead feel confident enough to address it sooner. I have also become more conscious of the communication channels I choose: less complex messages via email, and more frequent face-to-face or video calls. This leads to clearer and more human conversations.

I have gained much greater insight into why I react the way I do in certain situations. That awareness was sometimes confronting, but it also makes it easier to recognize my pitfalls and deal with them in a targeted way. I understand myself better now and have concrete tools to respond differently. For me, this was an incredibly valuable journey.

My leadership style was primarily based on gut feeling. Through coaching, I have gained more structure and a better understanding of what motivates people. I have consciously made time for one-on-one meetings again and notice that they are much more valuable today.

I wanted to communicate more strongly without being too direct. By gaining better insight into my own behavior and that of others, I now have conversations that are much calmer and more focused. That gives me more self-confidence and better results.

As a manager, I used to focus on providing answers. Today, I ask the right questions much more often, and I’ve noticed that my team members take more responsibility as a result. I feel that I’m not only leading more efficiently, but also building much more trust within my team.

I wanted to get better at estimating how to create a good schedule and how to follow through with it. The personal approach and individual guidance helped me immensely in applying the techniques I learned to my daily work. It was incredibly valuable!
